    As a teen who is highly insecure and has comments made on my weight I gained this video highly helped. It felt that my weight gain happened so fast meaning so should my weight loss. My original weight wasn’t a good thing either though. I was very sad and depressed but when I gained weight I went over board. Now I eat regularly and I am a healthy person but im choosing to lose weight to finally feel comfortable in my body again. I feel very motivated by this video !

    If you're a person like me that needs to be constantly distracted then i recommend either running on the treadmill and watch TV and you'll forget that you were walking or dance while listening to music like- this isn't just for easily bored people but for everyone because dancing is very fun and much more fun then being sweat and lifting weights or jogging

    You can eat junk food if you have to if you truly cant cook though. Fast food is for the poor though. It's about moving and not being prejudice this girl has to much and should have. Ever gained weight at all.

    I'm not fully successful but the not checking your weight is at least to me the most helpful thing to the point I got excited to poop so I could get on a scale and I would change clothes to lighter pieces just to feel better because it's really hard to stay motivated when you gain a pound even if it's water weight

    I am 240pounds, I've lost 20 pounds doing low carb diet and anti inflammatory diet combined. Took me 6 months.
