    I've found that for snacks I enjoy eating high quality cold cuts. Just a few slices goes a long way and it ads protein and fat to your diet. My favorite is costco prosciutto but sometimes I get a variety pack with capicollo, salami, etc. 6 slices is more than enough and is only like 130 calories. That sounds expensive but when it is the only snack you eat between meals it really isn't.

    Yup we gained the weight over time it's probably gonna loose over time.
    Need to be patient.
    However i hit a platue at 105 kg as i dropped weight from 111 kg through IF. I think i need to follow your tips.
