    this is just too complicated to follow instead fat loss is basically calories in and calories out. Just eat healthy low calorie food in some what quantity so that you don't feel hungry and stay active so you burn those calories off but since its low calorie food and you are burning your calories and you dont feel hungry.. that's extreme fat loss.. its that simple… CALORIES IN and CALORIES OUT… TF IS THIS VIDEO

    Twice a day and try fast 16 hours
    No sugar or junk foods
