I lost 65lbs two years ago and have kept it off by basically doing 20:4. I pretty much just eat when I get home from work and then a snack before bed. Doesn’t even feel like I’m dieting. Now I do this 4-5 days a week and eat “normal” on the weekends. I never count calories no matter what day of the week it is. Skin cleared up. I think the secret really is just letting your body rest from constantly processing/digesting food. We snack and pick at food waayyyyyy too much

Hi there, have you thought about this diet plan known as the Okibetonic Secrets? My cousin says it helps people lost crazy amounts of weight. Is that possible? I also heard a lot of great review about this diet plan. Thoughts?

Guys do not I repeat do not exercise when you fast. There's a big difference between burning fat and your body ketosis eating the fat. If you burn fat you will get loose skin. Try fasting to a healthy weight before you begin training. That way you will have a slim body and no loose skin. Cause when your body eats fat it repairs your skin too.
