    I intermittent fasting, I've went up to 36 hrs but 16/8 is great standard. There is also and app that keeps your time. I worked night shift for years so I sleep a long time without eating. It's good to have people here we can do this together

    This is the worse professional advice ever! Please do not listen to this so called professional….He has high blood pressure, he needs to avoid sugar and the consequent spikes in insulin, Avoiding sugar with stabilise your blood sugars and you’ll not have cravings or hunger…You’ll have more energy. Sugar is the devil 😈

    that nutritionist HAS NO CLUE what a healthy diet is. when she suggestions eating carbohydrates she is giving us 40 year old information.
