    Nice but I feel so much protein in a day I want to loss my weight am 5.3 and weight 75 kg feeling heavy but my mom and brother recently they both suffered 10 days with uric acid docter said more protein in your body and from one month am having legs pain may be for me also I think but I didn’t went to hospital because not to much pain so what should I have to do this diet looks like so much protein or can I just follow

    My weight is normal according to BMI but still I have a double chin!! Which is too stuburn! Even if I lost few kgs my double is there!! …any help diet plan?
