    I hit the scale at 400lbs even in December of 2019 before the pandemic was declared in march of 2020!! Now been october of 2021 I'm at 224 lbs!! Just by doing the experiment of the fella that lost all the weight in the 70's by just drinking water, coffee and tea!! and I will tell you all it hasn't been easy but it has been worth it all along now my goal is to reach 190 and I will reach it by the end of this year and received 2022 as a new person in mind, body and soul!! Cheers to you all if you have done it!! It takes a lot of will POWER TO DO!!!
